When contacting us about a technical issue, please include a short description of the problem and, if possible, the device and app version you are using.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from within the Ameenah app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact us by email and we can assist with your request.

Safety and reports

If you need to report a safety concern, inappropriate behavior, or other issue, please use the reporting and blocking tools available in the app. You can also contact us by email if you need additional assistance.
